My work on retail & mixed-use projects includes:

I believe in design that is community sensitive, vibrant, pedestrian-friendly and supportive of the owner's needs. "Place-making" is a key component of my design philosophy. My focus is not only on individual buildings as architectural objects but as an experience for the people who come to a place, delight in the experience and as a result, return again and again.
